watched 4 employees talk at the window while one 1 person was actually working for 10minutes. while waiting/watching them I called to talk to a manager. the manager was one of the people talking. The manager told me they were waiting on food. if they were waiting why was no one helping. while a line of cars were behind me. management is very poor. never going back, and the food was cold.

Tried new bacon cheese tots they were AWFUL. No bacon cheese make the center of the tot paste. There was no potatoe in the center. Will not order again. We order the 6.00 meal very good.

Service sucks waited in the drive thru for 20 mins. Drive thru employee had huge hickies on their neck very unprofessional will not be coming here again. Very disappointed

Tried their new Sourdough King today and it was delicious (perfect substitute for a Sourdough Jack since no Jack N the Box here) but their customer service was lacking. Not rude but could be more cheerful and say more than just "here's your food" etc. Also made one of our orders a double when we said singles. Just attention to detail and a little more customer service can go a long way.

The last experience I had with a supervisor one of them who works at Burger King she was a female of course was wonderful she was very forthcoming with information she was very polite and very much about making sure that there's exchange of information I just question was answered she was very helpful I find the restaurant to be extremely clean every time I go in and I love their Whopper Wednesdays great job ladies gentlemen you also keep up the good work

Shockingly good for a Burger King. Normal experience at Burger King is slow service, wrong order, and dirty premises. THIS BK is fast, they get things right, food is hot and it actually looks like the picture. I don't know what they do different, but whatever they're doing works.

I like the flame broiled hamburgers. There seems to be a turnover for the staff. When the store is very busy the pickles and tomatoes are stacked on the burger instead of being spread around. I expect this will improve.

Had went through the drive thru. Ordered $22 worth of food for the family. The guy in the drive thru read EVERYTHING back that I had ordered, in order, and with the specific details. We had paid and then grabbed our food. Before we left their lot we had checked to make sure we had all our food. We were missing 4 sandwiches. I went back in and talked to a lady at the register. I told her what happened and she politely asked the drive thru gentleman to come help me. The gentleman at the drive thru was a young man. He told me that he hadn’t heard half of the order. Mind you, on the receipt it had EVERYTHING on it. So he had rang the sandwiches up and had me pay $10 for the 4 sandwiches.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru 1 car in front of us and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches I hamburger 1 bacon cheeseburger and a regular iced tea . got sweet tea 2 like warm chicken sandwiches a cold hamburger a the cheese was still ice cold old the bacon cheeseburger. Normally a great place DO NOT go on Sunday every time we go in Sunday it's a horrible wait time and cold food

Hashbrowns always seem a bit stale? No, that is not what I ordered. Food gets made quickly. The older gals at the drive thru are always friendly.

It's what you expect from a fast food establishment. At the time of our visit, the place was clean and was not busy. My only complaint would be the lack of vegan options by this chain overall. Burger King offers a veggie burger, but it is not vegan, according to the company's website, as it has milk as an ingredient. However, if you are going to eat here, do so when it is not busy.

Terrible! 22 minutes to get our food. We ordered through tacos. Beyond terrible. Shells so hard, you could hardly bite thru them, or chew them. They use American singles cheese, instead of shredded cheese. Flavor kinda reminds me of Ortega. I think they fry the shells at order. Unbelievable bad.

The employees don’t know how toppings on a burger work. They think that the purpose of toppings is so you can get a bite of a different topping on each part of the burger. There was no pickle on any of the burger except for this one spot where they stacked all the pickles on one spot and I pretty much got an entire bite of pickle. And I didn’t get cheese when I asked for it which happened more times than not.

Not a bad location. Most all the employees are incredibly friendly. Solid food everytime. Last time they didn't give me enough change, but they resolved the issue quickly and respectfully, and weren't condescending in any way, as I've experienced in other restaurants before. Kudos to this location.

I don't know, but it seems like many Burger Kings have fallen down and lost their crown. This one however was clean, had great service, and my burger and fries was cooked great! The dining room was "elegant". My only "beef" was that I had to suffer through Hannity at full volume on the TV.

Hey, it's Burger King, what more can I say? The kendallville store is clean, with friendly staff, and quick service. Not a good idea to train new servers during busy periods of the day though

Typical fast food. I don't think that I've ever had a hot hamburger from here (this trip included). Fries are usually ok. Service isn't too bad, usually not too long of a wait. This particular location is a bit cleaner than the average fast food place.
